This place is like a three ring circus. I literally waited 25 minutes to drop off a package that was already labeled and ready to ship. The staff were so rude and did NOT even acknowledge that I had been waiting all this time. Their dog was barking behind the counter, which is totally unprofessional and for some reason I HAD to give my phone number, I usually breeze in and out of other locations! This was by far the worst experience EVER.... RUDE RUDE RUDE

Really surprised at the inaccuracy, lack of knowledge and customer service at this UPS location. Best to go to a different branch for accurate information. I usually have great experiences at UPS stores, but not so much at this one.

Worse service I have ever received. Came in with a large box , I am a senior with a recent knee injury. I left my purse in the car because it was difficult to carry more. Have never been charged for dropping off ups return. Woman told me I needed a dollar for a piece of tape. I explained I left my purse in the car because of big box and asked if we could waive the charge for a piece of tape so that I didn’t have to limp back to car. She was pleased to deny me and so unbelievably rude. I left without leaving package. I cannot believe ups employs people like that. Never again.
