I absolutely LOVED my 4+ years living at Forest Park! The location was great, the grounds and unit were extremely well-maintained, and the staff was amazing. The few times I had maintenance issues, they were fixed promptly by Ignacio, who was always so nice and professional. (He even drove all the way from his house on Valentine’s Day after hours to repair the motor on our heater when it gave out before the Winter Freeze of 2021 because he didn’t want us to be without heat.) The office manager Tammy was always quick to reply to my questions and made the leasing and renewal process a breeze. I found that my money went far at Forest Park, and that the rates were extremely reasonable. They also didn’t raise my rent an insane amount each month just because they could. They were fair and honest when appraising the apartment after move out and refunded more of my security deposit than any apartment has ever done for me in the past. I would recommend Forest Park to ANYONE and would still be gladly living there if not for my husband and I purchasing our first home this year. You will not regret living here!

Paid way too much in rent. Pictures make the complex look a lot better and more clean than it really is. Lay out of the 3 bedroom is really weird where it looks like it would fit a lot of stuff and it’s actually really small. Neighbors are extremely loud and not considerate at all throughout the day there are kids screaming outside to people with their cars on with music blasting as loud as possible with their lights shinning right into your windows at night. Guests take the covered -assigned- spots and the people who invite them don’t tell them to move they don’t. And the complex doesn’t tow so you have to either wait until they move or ask them to move yourself. Barely enough parking in the complex parking lot. Working overnights and coming home we would have to figure it out on our own because like I said. There are barely any parking spots to the amount of units there are. It wasn’t a fun experience living there as the reviews made it seem. But the convenience of the location was amazing. Other than that it’s a pass.

Forest park apartments has amazing management! I absolutely loved my apartment and the complex is quiet and family friendly. My only complaint is the complex is older and so I could hear everything the apartment above me was doing and loud thuds are amplified. Beyond that, this was the absolute best apartment I've ever lived in. Management is always available and prompt with responses and maintenance is extremely prompt and hard working. I would recommend Forest Park apartments to any one!

I enjoyed my stay at Forest Park Apts. The property manager Tammy was great and always looking out for the residents! And Ignacio was always gracious and friendly and fixed stuff in a timely manner! If I happen to know anyone who's looking for an apt I will definitely refer them to Forest Park Apartments
