staff was wonderful, the ghouls and actors in the houses were absolutely wonderful they did their jobs great, we absolutely love the asylum the Dr was the best knew every in and out scared us many times! Me and my wife and a friend and her boyfriend returned to the scream park after four years of not going,we had a wonderful time , theres only a few things I'd change, it is the amount of people that go in at a time especially in certain houses we missed out on alot of good scares bc ppl stopped and were startled and we couldn't get the good scares especially in nightstalkers we were disappointed because we missed out on multiple scares sadly we couldn't go back through. Next time that happens we're gonna slow down a lil and wait. BUT We decided to go into insanity for the first house, my wife was more panicked because it started to get hard to breathe after a while and we were colliding into other groups and many times it felt like the walls were closing in, if that was the goal then you guys did it a great job haha. For anyone who hasn't ever been its It's like a dark hazy maze with alot of smoke and with creeps crawling around you have to find your way out. We went on opening night it was supposed to open at 6:30 but didn't open til 7:30 and there could have been a few more scares in the clown house.but all in all ways a good Time like always

I just returned to the USA from overseas and I took my mother to enjoy a Haunted House experience. Upon arriving I saw the Security Guards Harassing the young people entering the premises. As I approached the entrance with my 60 year old mother, the security staff were extremely hostile and rude so we decided to leave.

The greatest haunted Attraction I have ever experienced. The amount of detail in the atmosphere changing from each house makes you feel like you are moving in and out of different horror movies. They even go as far to have an outdoor section most years as well. The actors are always amazing but change from year to year, some keep coming back though. The Mad Clown Tiny is a staple actor who keeps the crowds waiting to get in scared and excited. They try to take advantage of all the senses they can and scare you from all directions! They are fantastic at using the environment to scare you. The one complaint I have is for a few years they've had a maze filled with smoke and stobe lights house they keep reflavouring but it is mostly frustrating. The other houses always make up for it but if there could be less of a maze and more of a route to that attraction it would speed the line up and prevent crowding. THANK YOU for including a route around claustrophobia each time. For context with spoilers of what you might experience: the Claustrophobia attraction is basically 2 thick black balloon walls which you must push yourself through to find an exit. Having claustrophobia myself but loving all the other scares I greatly appreciate the option to skip this part. Please continue to do this! Despite the one maze that keeps coming up They definitely deserve 5 stars for all thier effort and attention to detail. If you have the opportunity you MUST visit Frightworld.

Good luck with that after you purchased ticket. I was charged twice and can't contact anyone.
They will try to accommodate most groups within reason, or they will split a group in half and send the 2nd group 1-2 min later.
Amanda, you can, you can buy admission for all houses, only visit two one night and come back another night to finish the rest of the houses
Breanne pulver, I'd say it takes a good 2-3 hours but it's totally worth it. You have to wait in line unless you buy the VIP pass you get to wait in a shorter line or if there is no VIP line you get to go in first
I think you can bring bags, I believe I brought bags but they check them at the door.

There are several different pay packages, but the best is the $20 package that gets you into each house. Each day they are open, they open at 630pm, and you can stay until close, but you only get one run through each house until you pay for more visits.
About 15 to 20 minutes per house, but it all depends on if you run away!
630pm on the days that you are open
Yes you do pay up front.
