I drove an hour to visit this dealership, for 2 reasons. They had the exact Jeep that my son wanted and the reviews were very good. Yes, I read the bad one's too. Given their longevity, the fact there were more good reviews than bad and let's face it, there are always dissatisfied customers everywhere, I went. And I don't regret it. Bill Bowler couldn't have been more patient and kind. I was new at buying a used car but at the same time not naive. They answered all of our questions and I learned some things too. C.W. Clarke has been serving the community for 33 years and they know their value. This means they won't accept cars they can't stand behind. They don't expect you to either. That being said, they offered to bring the Jeep to the shop of my choice. I chose the one that we use where we live. That alone shows their trustworthiness. Not only did the shop give it a good report, it was even better than we thought. I can't say enough about how positive my and my husband's experience was.
