When will they fix their parts department? Waited two weeks for a part they said was on order. Went to pick up and was told it was never ordered. This seams to be a normal practice at this dealership as I heard we're sorry to a few customers.

Martin's did an outstanding job for me getting a number of difficult to obtain parts for my 2007 Triumph Sprint ST I think a lot of dealers would have given up
