Venue is gorgeous and food was good.Customer service was very poor. Rude Staff and coordinator.The staffs attitudes could easily make this venue not worth the money.

Me and my wife had our wedding and reception at the Avanti Mansion, and it was truly amazing. The locale is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the service was truly top notch. We had staff following our wedding party around as we took pictures, continuously bringing refreshments, despite us being out of the way at the accompanying mansion. They made every effort to accommodate our special day, and in turn made it even more special in the process. I could not recommend the establishment enough.

Yes it is basically dividend in 3 different size rooms with a nice front seating area for maybe 4-5 people to chat and anice patio bar in back agreat picture setting area as well . I found it a great venue for a wedding with approximately 125-160 people in the banquet area they did a very nice job of placing all the tables so it didn't feel crowded
