Doc kept myself, husband and less than a week old daughter waiting for an hour past our scheduled appointment. During this time, a billing person came into the exam room and began discussing our insurance options with us. All felt completely inappropriate. The appointment itself was not beneficial. Will be looking for a new doc that is more punctual.

Absolutely a joke. I just received custodial guardianship of my child and I called to get my child set up with a primary pediatrician. Desk lady had to pull up my child’s file and proceeded to explain to me that in order for my child to receive care or even get a appointment scheduled I would have to write a letter of apology regarding appointments that were missed when my ex-wife had custodial guardianship, and then that the doctors would read my letter contemplate and determine whether they would like to accept him or not. How can a pediatrics office be so unethical

Staff has been incredibly rude and belittling every time I have encountered them, and I hate this place. I have been nothing but polite and respectful to these people for the record. I will be taking my daughter out of town for care just to avoid this place. That's how bad my experience has been. And I wouldn't do that lightly.

After bringing my child here twice and waiting over two hours both visits we will not be coming back. The staff are standoffish and rude. The doctor is not personable at all. I would honestly rather take my child to the vet.
