I ORDERED MY CHAIR WHILE I WAS IN KESSLER REHABILITATION.(that was April 7th - May 5th) At that time, I was told it would take at least 6 weeks to get my chair. It has now been 2 mnths and 2 weeks. There has been no contact with me from Numotion and I am still without my wheelchair. I am using an old chair I had which is uncomfortable and definitely not suited to my needs. Numotion: GET WITH IT!.

I ordered parts by the end of May or the beginning of June, and I've stressed enough how I need these parts so that I can use my wheelchair correctly and get out of my house. I was not offered a loaner chair until I spoke to 2 people. I wanted to know when my parts were being shipped and delivered, and I was never kept in the loop about that. One person told me my parts hadn't been sent, and the numotion app tells me my parts were delivered. They are telling me I have to wait till July 5th for someone to come out and fix my chair. That's a month and some change of my time waiting on parts and repair for a wheelchair. Also, I was consistently told someone would call me back about my concerns regarding a loaner chair and the parts for my chair, and I have not received one single call back.

We were promised a loaner wheel chair when we ordered a chair while my wife was at Kessler. It's been a month and still no loaner chair. I called and was told they have no loaner chairs available. So why did they promise a loaner chair?
