I have a lifetime wheel alignment for my car from Pep Boys. I made an appointment and even that was a headache cause they want to find any little reason not to honor the lifetime purchase I made. I finally get scheduled and on the day of the appointment I get get asked to wait. 10 minutes later, they come back and say that I don’t need the wheel alignment and this and that. Why refuse a service I already paid for? If I wanted to change my battery or something else, they would have no problem making me buy it and pay for labor even if I didn’t need to replace it. At least this location is one of the worst pep boys I’ve been to. I feel like they don’t care about customers at all, only looking to steal and cheat to make you spend money unnecessarily. If I can’t use my lifetime purchase then I want a refund.

I had a blown out tire the day before the holiday and I was afraid that it being a Sunday that I wouldn't be able to get my car in for a new tire. Much to my surprise, they said bring it in now and I did. I was in and out before, I needed to leave for work which was 45 mins away. Very happy with the service. Thank you.
