The screen is broken. The TV will be replaced. I do not think you can sell anything from it, but you can try and prove me wrong.

At this time the only way we can possibly help is if we have the whole TV here. Search for the board you need replaced or serviced at www.coppelltvrepair.com and unless it is a power supply board then 99% certain we will need the whole TV to be able to work on it.
Well thank you. Bear in mind most led drivers can not be tested without appropriate load for the simple reason that the OVP kicks in as driver is trying to raise voltage in order to raise the current to where it needs to be.

The absolutely very first thing anyone must start with when making an inquiry about tv repair (and most other appliances, but I limit to TVs for sake of simplicity) is the MODEL identification of the appliance from the label on the back panel. The only common exception to that rule is if the question is "can you repair the broken screen of my tv?" to which the answer is "Not for a price that makes sense."
