i passed out and took an ambulance to the er. they barely check up on me and didn’t run any tests. i was also not informed that my friends who called in my passing out were there with all my stuff including my id, insurance card, phone, and shoes. they then released me to go home in a cab with no shoes, form of communication, and no way to get into my apartment when my friends were there with everything i needed and could have taken me home. i understand they are busy on a saturday night but they failed to do the minimum.

It was overall a somewhat positive experience for my families friend. She was complaining of sudden bursts of spasms that lurched her head forward so we immediately knew just where to take her, Millard Fillmore of course. Upon arrival I was immediately impressed by the plastic rocking chairs neatly rowed a top of the stamped concrete patio. When we walked in I couldn't help but notice the heated marble floors and Horchow light fixtures that gleamed the front desk, you would have thought you walked into a luxury resort...and in a way we kind of did. The only complaint I would have is the front desk lady put the neck brace on our family friend incorrectly and tightly to the point of increasing the pain that she was in originally but a simple fix of taking the neck brace off caused instant relief. We went and took a seat in one of their faux brown leather chairs. The wait was four hours and among all the moaning and groaning of patients in pain certainly the lovely interior work of the resort made everything a pleasant experience. The resort attendees were rude and aggressive, the wait was long, the service was mediocre but overall the place is absolutely gorgeous and I enjoyed my stay.

I had foot surgery yesterday. The nurses were fabulous. A huge shout out to to Pam Anderson. My husband was my driver. He has issues walking longer distance. Mrs Anderson saw this got him a wheelchair and made sure he had avaliablity when I checked out that someone took him to the car. Thank you so much

I'm not sure but most hospitals are pretty flexible as far as visitors, within reason of course.. I try to stay away from Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital (Kalida Health) lately if at all possible.. not the best service compared to other hospitals in the Buffalo NY area.. Kenmore Mercy (Catholic Health) and ECMC have such better service, shorter wait times and alot more compassionate staff when compared to Millard Fillmore Suburban.. Hopefully Kalida has addressed these issues but I wouldn't count on that.. Good luck to you my friend

All hospitals have a chaplain. But yes Millard Fillmore does.
Very busy on Mondays and Fridays. About a 4 hour wait time on those days. Weekdays in between are much breezier often 2 at the most. (this is to get INTO the ER, I’m not sure if you are also considering wait time while being treated in the ER which has a lot more variables)
