Spoke to some lady name Alejandra on the phone had the worst customer service experience ever asked her for brand names of weed eaters that she had. I was placed on hold for 5 min, then I was hung up on. I called back and same person said call back in 10 minutes I’m like you could’ve just told me that. says I’m telling you now my idea of a horrible service

I don't work there , you need to call them , a lot of pawnshop are very low on stock . People are buying up everything as soon as it hits the shelf.
