It was my first time trying out this place as I heard they had nice bubble tea. I was so excited! I came in and loved the décor. I ordered bubble tea and French fries. When my fries were done, they were placed on a counter from where you grab the straws and other related items. Being my first time, I didn’t know any better and I grabbed the item I purchased from a counter. An employee saw and ripped the tray of the French fries out of my hand and angrily told me not to do that as I grabbed it from the wrong counter. She then realized that it was mine and gave it back to me. I wish that I was told of this rule in a more polite manner and was treated with kindness. This is why I deducted two stars. The food was good and I will try again in the future. Customer service skills need to be improved upon. This encounter happened on 3/17/2022 in the afternoon. Update: I have since come to this location about ten times after this occasion and have experienced excellent customer service! I love the bubble tea!
