Horrible! Rude, unprofessional and ignorant staff and manager. To busy trying to close shop for the day they refused to sell me a part. Got different information from everyone I spoke with. I was going to open an account with them but after this experience I will NEVER go to or recommend them to anyone. No one had masks on or even dividers up at the counter.

The branch stores, as opposed to the showroom on Niagara Falls Blvd, are focused on contractors. I have never seen a window AC unit in their stores.
