We stayed at this hotel for two nights, May 12-13, 2022. This was one of the best places we stayed at within the Choice system during a 21 day trip out west in May 2022. Room was clean, modern and included a excellent, free, full breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Honestly, the quality of the hotel is great. Nice, clean, comfortable. I’d totally stay here again. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars instead of 5 is because housekeeping tried entering my room at 9:00am, then was knocking again at 10:00am, then again at 11:00am. I got in late last night and had requested a late checkout from the front desk, which was approved for 12:00, noon. I also had the “do not disturb” sign hanging on my door. If there’s an approved late checkout, and there’s the do not disturb on the door… please respect that, rather than trying to rush people out of the hotel. Some of us travel a lot for work and we don’t have a choice other than to arrive late and we would love some uninterrupted sleep.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Staff is very helpful and nice. The only issue that I have is that they website and my email confirmation state a hot breakfast is available. But they only offered a sack breakfast. Now, it was a really nice sack breakfast, but it is not what is listed. All that has to be done is change the website/email that says, sack breakfast. let me make the choice.

I booked a reservation for my husband. When he arrived the hotel was closed permanently! He is a driver so works very long days over the road. So he went next door to another hotel. As he was checking in the place next door told him that they are redirecting people from the sleeps Inn to another hotel. I proceeded to call the reservation company i booked the room with and they couldn't get ahold of a manager so told me to call the next day. So I called this morning and they told me the hotel denied refunding me my reservation for the night. I was advised to call the hotel directly. So I did. I asked for the manager to speak about the experience and what happened. The lady at the front desk told me they were there but asked why I wanted to talk to them. I proceeded to let her know the entire situation and story and she kept rudely interrupting me. All she kept saying was the hotel guest were being redirected to was near the hotel we booked and that the staff calls the reservations for that day in the morning to let them know to check into the other hotel. Well my husband is a driver and we cant book rooms until last minute so the courtesy call was not made to us. I tried explaining there were no signs or anything on there website reflecting this. So I would like a refund or even a credit for a future stay. She kept interrupting me repeating that they upgraded my husband room and the redirected hotel was near the one we booked. So the customer service and all was well below expectations. Especially when she wouldn't even listen to me and kept talking over me just repeating the same stuff. no resolution has been made

Yes it was very nice
We were up and downstairs by 7 and breakfast was in full swing.
