I have never been so disappointed in a haircut. I showed a picture of what I wanted. The picture had instructions. My stylist said she knew how to do it. I wanted long layers. I asked for my face to be framed beginning at my cheekbone. After inspection of the cut....... It looks like a one length cut . Nowhere near my cheekbone. I have one chunk IN THE FRONT that is 2 inches longer than my hair. Needless to say - I will not return and I have cancelled my childs appointment(s).
