If you're thinking about applying here, be warned, apparently there's a chance your application will shut down their office. Not only is there KNOWN technical issue in their system that has affected multiple applicants, It also seems like the Morgan is horribly mismanaged. We struggled getting ahold of any single leasing agent after multiple attempts through Zillow and calls to the office, eventually called until someone answered and scheduled a tour only to have every single office worker be "on lunch" until 30 minutes past the agreed meeting time, and have yet to receive a written response to any question or from any person I have emailed. For some reason I thought "this is pretty typical for an apartment complex, I'll apply anyways." My application went through, my card was charged, and all that was left was to wait for my co applicant to receive her email to apply and we'd be done. She never received that email (yes, we checked in ALL folders and tested the email we provided), and it looks like our application will remain incomplete. We have called on three separate days and emailed more than 10 times, and at this point I'd really like to cancel my application, however there is no option to do so. The first day we were asked to spell out the email and then told "someone will send it right away", the next day we were interrupted multiple times and told "you aren't the first person this has happened to, wait for the application to expire then re-apply". We emailed multiple times inquiring about the application expiring, and only received pre written responses noting our interest in the property. The expiration date on our application kept passing and extending itself, and at this point I noticed the unit we applied for was now up for grabs. I couldn't re-apply due to the extending expiration date. I then made a negative Google review as I haven't received any written communication, and, as predicted, I received a call from the property manager, Berta, who was the first helpful person I've encountered at the Morgan. Berta was able to help test the emails being sent, and we both successfully received the test emails. We were told that the application would be sent shortly, but never received it. We called back multiple times until someone answered, only to be pushed to apply (and communicate highly sensitive information) over the phone. After asking to speak to the property manager again, we were told that she would contact us same day, but never received any phone calls. If applying can be this much of a nightmare, I can barely imagine what dealing with a faulty appliance or even basic communication may look like.

About 4 years ago, me and my mom moved into this place. They gave my mom a free apartment for when she couldn’t afford to pay for rent. Over the years, we have had an incredible experience here. We love the amount of nature, we love the not too big rooms, and we love everything. Would recommend for adults that arent able to pay rent yet!

Only giving 2 stars because the neighborhood is nice and quiet. A/C has went out MULTIPLE ( more than twice)TIMES and is old. I've been here since late may. Regional manager is rude and doesn't want to listen. Things falling apart and not properly installed. Leasing and maintenance blames you for the issues around here. Maintenance slacks on work as well. They broke my screen on windows and havent replaced it. DROOPING a/c cover in bathroom over showers. Big GAping holes under cabinets. Rotting wood in bathroom under cabinets. Uninsulated windows. All in all breaking my lease is being considered
