I have a Definitive Technology SoloCinema Studio sound bar and sub woofer. Recently the sound bar stopped connecting with my TV through the optical cable. To get it to reconnect I need to unplug and then plug back in the power. can U fix?

Most likely shorted output drivers. We cannot service those units in house. Try contacting B&W for a possible Return Authorization.

Can you repair a RCA cassette deck that turns on but the cassette won't move, meaning it does not play, it does not rewind or forward, nothing.

We have a Bose Radio that is around 10 years old. We have lost the CD that we thought might repair it. We have a new Bose Wave, but when we tried inserting the CD from that one into the old one, it would not even accept a CD. Would you work on this?
