I’m traveling here from Chicago, and the airline lost my luggage where my contacts and glasses were in. Ashley really saved the day (doctor did too) and I cannot thank her enough. You are amazing! Thank you.

Absolutely RIDICULOUS that there's now way to contact the store. No phone. Customer support can't even call them. "You're welcome to stop by our store." Seriously?

I stood in the store for 5 minutes while 3 employees refused to acknowledge my presence. They did not have time for me to ask a simple question about their service, but they did have time to laugh & joke with each other. Maybe this location is club I don't have a membership to.

I've come to this location semi frequently the last 4 months. And I've been a customer of Warby Parker since they launched. This location is very hit or miss depending on the staff member you speak to. The eye exams are easy and quick. I've had some issues with my glasses where I've needed to exchange them and my experiences have varied between employee at the store. I spoke with an employee who was unfamiliar with a policy I read from their website but then another employee was able to help me. It feels like they can rush you a bit when picking out glasses. I would suggest coming in to the store earlier in the day when they aren't as busy.

Progressives high-index blue light filtering (including frames): $375.
I would call customer service to make sure that your eyeglasses has arrived on-site.
They accept some forms of insurance. I got a reimbursement from mine.
