Not a good experience. Long story short I helped Swavey the sales person find a better deal and instead of selling the car to me she bought it for her sister. Never notified me about "the other client" being interested in it. Didn't respond to my messages for about 24 hours when I tired communicating about that vehicle and was worried about helping her out and doing it before end of month so she can meet her quota as I promised. Then she tried having me fill out the credit check application and push sales on the other newer and more expensive car I wasn't so fond of and it wasn't the one I came in for. Last minute I found out the car has been sold without any notice to me. All of that is extra disappointing as I have said that I wanted to get that specific car as my birthday present. Not only they appraised my trade-in lowest than any other dealership it also seemed that's a habit of theirs in general. The manager wasn't flexible at all to accommodate me and pushed for a credit check and basically emotionally shamed me into feeling less than technically because I'm a foreigner and voicing silly concerns of distrust. All of that of course with a beautiful smile on their faces, saying the "right" words, but nevertheless the message was all the same. I will never bring my business here, since I'm so untrustworthy and I will never recommend anyone I meet any Nissan dealership let alone Don Davis!

Brandon Williams came out to greet us and told him what we were looking for. He went and got the car and pulled it up front so we could look at it. Telling us about the car and a test drive. There was never any high pressure sale like other places we had been to. Brandon was super helpful. We enjoyed our experience with Don Davis Nissan because from the moment we pulled up there was not several sales persons swarming us which we truly appreciated that.

I came in for a tire maintenance light. After I was informed that the service was complete I go to check out. As I am checking out, the gentleman, Johnathan, just told me my total and that was it. No update on anything else. Never said if he suggested anything or if anything else needed to be looked at. He gave my paper to the lady at the front and she finished checking me out. As I get to my car and turn it on, the SAME light that I brought the car in for was still on. How frustrating. I go back inside and tell the same lady who checked me out and she called Johnathan. I explained to him what was going on and we walked to the car. He simply said "I can reset it" and proceeded to do so. He literally went to the settings on the dashboard and hit reset. He said "sorry about that" and then that was it. The part that was very irritating for me was if it was that simple, why was it not done the first time? I am completely aware that things get missed, but if I ONLY came in for this one reason, why was this missed?

Ngozi was my salesman and he went above and beyond my expectations. I was not even planning on buying a Nissan, but he was so welcoming and informative that I was convinced. He stayed hours after his shift to make sure I was comfortable with the price and did his best to get the deal for me. I really appreciated Khaled as well for doing his best to lower the price and get me the deal I needed. I've never experienced the kind of attentiveness and cooperation from any other company before. They were very kind and patient with me and my dad, and it was so nice to see them again and feeling the same energy the next day.

The worst dealership I ever dealt with they lied they lied they lie they told me 11000 went to sign the paperwork it was 13000 but I already sold my car and gave them 9000 deposit so how could I change my mind Crooks is all they are don't buy a car from Don Davis unless you want to be cheated
No, It did not. Well one of them did get flooded. But not this particular one. Thank you for all of your questions, comments, and concerns. Please visit Google Maps Site again.
I can not speak for the dealership but you might want to get a second opinion.
I'm not sure because my is 2018 but do you need to call the customer service or you can check on ask Google.
No sorry I have never been to this place.
They're open as early as 7:30 in the service department
I'm sorry I don't speak or read Spanish but from the other replies you are asking WARRENTY??? I looked at Don Davis & 2 other NISSAN DEALERSHIPS but bought my ROGUE SPORT at BURLESON NISSAN, the $$$ was better and it comes with a BURLESON NISSAN UNLIMITED MILES LIFETIME WARRANTY & can add the TIRE/WHEEL PACKAGE to your PACKAGE
You can call the service department to find out. They are very helpful.
I was under the impression that you had to have the inspection in order to get the tag. However there is just the single sticker for the front window.
I don't know but I have my rogue for a week and I went in and trade it for a rogue with a more extras and they didn't charge me anything go in to Don Davis and ask for Octavio and he will hook you up
