This was the worst car repair experience of my life. They had the car for nearly 4 months. There were issues with a bracket being "on back order", of course when I threatened to come get the car and fix it myself or take it to someone who could, it miraculously showed up that afternoon. It still took them another month and a half after the part came in to complete the repair. Then there was an issue with Fred Loya insurance (the person at faullts insurance, not mine) not sending over proof of payment for the balance of the repairs . I drove there and spoke with Daryl about all of this in person and was finally able to get the car. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM. I do have to give a big thank you to Daryl for helping me out at the end. P.S. If you are involved in an accident that involves Fred Loya insurance, save yourself some trouble and get a lawyer immediately.

My truck Needed a new quarter panel and I brought it in. The part took forever to get, but Service King kept me informed and in constant communication for the whole month and a half it took. They did an excellent job, my truck looks great.
