Today is the 2nd time in the last month that I've had horrible service at this Lowe's. My Family has purchased many items here including a $3000 refrigerator, but due to the atrocious customer service I will never be back. I was looking for a simple item in electrical and an older gentleman told me it was on the next aisle. I combed the aisle for several minutes then checked the aisle where the older gentleman was and there they were. He had been standing next to them the whole time. There were about 20 different one's and I needed help. As soon as he was finished helping a customer he took off, much faster than I thought a guy his age could. I don't like Home Depot for a variety of personal reasons but I always get good service there. Unfortunately that's where I'll go from now on because Customer Service is everything in Retail. I decided to give them one more try on 9/16 and got zero service again. A guy told me that a lady would be right with me and I waited for 20 minutes before I put my merchandise back and left this poor excuse for a store for the last time. I would recommend that no one ever darkens their doors again. Pathetic!

Other negative reviews are true. The last time I came to this location was around 5yrs ago. Came in today to pick up an online order. I got reminders frequently to go pick up my order but they never said anything about how many days I have left before the item goes back to the shelf. I came in to the locker area and find out my item is no longer in a locker. I was the 2nd person in line for customer service desk and I had to wait in line for about 25 minutes. There were only 2 cashiers to help. When it's finally my turn, they tell me my item has been removed from the locker. I didn't receive any notification about my item has been removed. This location needs more help at the customer service desk. I felt sorry the 4th person behind me will be waiting almost an hour to get service. She had to move around every time someone walks in to not block their way. Get more help when the waiting line gets too long. No one there cares. I'll never choose this location if I ever have to buy anything from Lowe's again. Never had any issues with online orders at Home Depot in Mansfield.

Typical Half A$$ Customer service. It still takes 4 people to return an item with a receipt. There are legit reasons to shop at HD vs. This time wasting place.

Probably easier to pull out your phone at look at Lowes website to check the price.

That's how I found the belt for mine.
