Nothing less than a workshop I went to tell them that it was only giving 19 miles and what they put they moved on the dashboard to put it 19 miles per gallon something that marked 23 miles per gallon is not good what they are doing

It looks like it's over 600 dollars. It includes a cabin air filter replacement, engine oil, oil filter, spark plugs, brake system flush, vehicle inspection, and tire rotation. I would call ahead and confirm the price.
