I usually don’t leave reviews however we just purchased a car from here and our sales consultant Hussain was awesome! He was such a pleasure to work with and really made us feel like we where family just having a good time. He was even able to handle getting us what we needed. Just an overall good experience I would definitely recommend buying and working with him.

Hung Ho is a very professional, polite and helpful service advisor. He greets you with a smile no matter how busy he is. I highly recommend him. I have been a customer of the Vandergriff Honda dealership for over 12 years, bought 3 cars there, and he is the best advisor I ever met. He should be recognized for outstanding customer service. He is proud to serve his customers and strives for excellent customer satisfaction. Congratulations Hung and thanks for your service!

Purchased my Accord there years ago and had a few airbag recalls done there. Never felt pushed into anything or cheated. Most recently went there for free full synthetic promo oil change and they took great care of me. It's a dealership so I knew it was not going to be a fifteen minute deal which was fine with me. Waiting areas were clean and was also offered free beverages. Additional services were recommended but not pushed. Service advisor Matt Ellis was awesome and if I need anything done in the future they will have my business. Thanks

Hung Ho is the most amazing car advisor that I have dealt with so far. Every time I come or my husband comes to get our cars worked on he, he keeps us up to date on things. He is honest and I can count on him to get the job done.

They don't have set prices. It depends on your credit as to how much your car note will be. They are really great when working with each individual situation though.
I'm sure you would have to call them and find out.
No appointment needed but if you faster service then make appointment...
That's very unacceptable. Go back to the dealership if possible and speak with the sales manager and have the most experienced person walk you thru the vehicle. Otherwise, YouTube probably has reviews.. search your car year and style with a review. Or check the official website for your make of vehicle. Also you could go to a dealership and pick up the official brochure that details info and check out your owners manual or order one online if you didn't get one. Hope this helped
Seems everyone I see is in and out in 30 minutes or less for an oil change no matter what time they come
Their current policy is "not mandatory but appreciated ". Almost everyone, myself included wore a mask.
I just Rd. Along while Husband picked up car for Nephew.
I'm not sure but I'm sure anyone in the service dept could help you. They're extremely nice up there. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience.
Man that sucks, hopefully they can help you.
I recently purchased a honda odyssey touring 2019.Ask them for the price you saw online! Negotiate.I too saw the overpricing but left with a reasonable price
Yes, I would think you can, if you have a good payment history.
They will also tell you it needs a part for your car an try to saleyou things you don't need
Wow! I would go some where else or ask for the director of sales. 😇
I don't know I have never needed one call them
No, but it would be best to do so. Also if you live within 10 mile radius from the shop then they have a shuttle that can drop you off and pick you up when the work is done.
go on youtube look up chrisfix or ericthecarguy ask them and they will tell you whats wrong and there video
