Fast, honest state inspections

The fastest state inspection I have been to and affordable. They have been in Arlington in the same place for years. Paid $25 dollars and took only 10 mins. Downside is they used to let you sit inside while you waited but now you wait outside.

Yes, they have inspected an '01 Toyota, a '93 Mustang, and a '61 Morgan (British sportscar) for me, many times.
The one time I didn't pass they didn't charge me, they told me what to fix and when I returned, I paid for the inspection that I passed.
