Vector security is very hard to get a hold of when you have issues. They are very poor at communicating. Also I was dissatisfied with their security camera and had to get it uninstalled. Would only upload 30 second clips and not actually give you continual video feed if someone is on your property for longer than those 30 seconds. No matter how much I tried adjusting the camera range I kept reaching my monthly clip upload limit two weeks into the month. After that the camera was practically useless. I have been trying to cancel the entire subscription due to moving out of state for over a week and it still hasn't been completed. Overall very disappointed with this company and would not recommend. Tried reaching out to the owner Mark and never heard anything back from him as well.

I will never recommend this security system to anyone, this is a very poor service. I've had this security system for 7 months and there's been a problem every month I've had it, and now they want to charge you more money for coming out for a problem with your system. I don't think so!!!

If your area should experience a power outage, your system will switch over to backup battery power to keep security equipment running. Additionally, our monitoring centers use back up power supplies as well to ensure uninterrupted monitoring of your system.
To print your certificate, just click the “Insurance Certificate” link on our Customer Portal home page. Select a site from the dropdown menu (if you have more than one property on your account) and then click the green “Download Insurance Certificate” button. Just call your local branch if you don't have access to a printer.
