UPDATE: The last 2 times I've come in, I had the same experience. No one was at the counter, there was no sign or bell to ring, so I just waited a few minutes. Nothing. Finally I yelled "hello? Is anyone on duty?" No response. Waited a few more minutes and someone finally came out. At least give us a bell to ring or something so we know someone is coming out. Very convenient location with friendly staff and good COVID safety measures. A little slow sometimes, but overall my go-to place.

What's the point of having delivery instructions if you're not gonna use them. I have a very simple one sentence instruction that even a 1st grader can understand. So why did I choose Fedex? I didn't and after numerous times of receiving my packages late I will never choose them. The seller picked them for some reason, now they will get one star too for hiring these clowns. UPDATE 9-19-2022, these people once again failed to deliver my package and are blaming me, the customer for not being here?!?!?!? My instructions are extremely simple, here is the gate code deliever it, thats it. So simple even a child can comprehend it. Highly considering just asking for a refund and going with a different company as FEDex said they will try once more and that's it. If its the same delivery driver I might as well just cancel it. UPDATE 9-20-2022 "We made a final delivery attempt: 09/20/2022 11:41 AM. Pick up your package(s) today after 05:00 PM" You people are bad, there is no chance I am driving and wasting my time and gas all the way after 5pm to pick up something a child can deliver. Return the items to the seller, go ahead, that is no threat. I am cancelling my order anyway and going with a company that doesn't use Fedex. BTW I was here all day, its 1207pm they just drove by my house apparently and flipped me off.

I found out today that FedEx doesn't accept cash to pay for shipping. The clerk recommend I try UPS. I think that's great advice. August 18th, 2022 Update: as the pictures show, they weren't too busy. I was expecting an important delivery and when the driver came he didn't ring the doorbell. I only knew he was there thanks to my dogs barking. I immediately called CS and told them I just watched him walk away. They said they could get him back but never did. I had to drive to the FEDEX office to pick up my mail after 6pm. Not an impressive performance.

They ALWAYS say attempted delivery when I am home waiting for said delivery.

More likely Monday or Tuesday after it gets unloaded from the truck they normally leave a tag saying if the are going to attempt delivery again or not
There is a number but it's generally not given out. Your best bet is just go down there after using their website. The website can give you pricing to ship and status of your package, if you are waiting for one.

Possibly if they have your tracking number and maybe forward the email to whomever is picking it up.
I believe you can arrange pick up by calling the main office.
You have to call them and reset a delivery time or go to their terminal and pick up your package.
This is their Distribution Center. I believe the cutoff time is 6 P.M., not sure. It would be best for you to call them and see what the exact cut-off time is.
