Our room was a no smoking room, but all you could smell was cigarette smoke! At least it was only cigarette smoke....our a/c unit couldn't be adjusted for temperature either...but all in all we had a clean room and nicely decorated except for the bed cover being full of cigarette burns...

Negative: The night receptionist was disrespectful. She was treating us like we taken the room for free. To be honest the receptionist in the morning was more generous with on her at least she was smiling when we entered for the main door.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk clerk had a horrible attitude from the time I checked in. She clearly did not want to be at work today. I get to my room to find the sheets dirty, we let her know, she gave my fiance some sheets and told him to let her know if they fit because she had no idea. Then the AC does not work, she comes up and says she has it working but its only the fan, the AC is still not blowing. At this point she says I don't know what you want me to do. I don't have another room like this. As I type this, I'm still sitting in a hot room waiting on an answer.

The stay was a ok stay. There could have been more lights in the room and where the desk was could have had more outlets for my computer. On the website it said i had a king size but it was only a full size bed which i was cool with. The phone in the room was dead also. But overall, it was an okay stay.
