Very unprofessional, unpleasant and uncooperative staff!! May be this is fancy place but not good at customer service, they do have Groupon but showed lot of tantrums in booking an appointment. Just non accommodating staff they have, never ever go to this place!!

Nicole just gave me the best scalp treatment ever. Cleansing, exfoliation, conditioning and more. I was pleasantly surprised when a lovely lady popped up to give me hand massage during my scalp treatment. Nicole gave me tips on products and styling. She was awesome!! I will definitely be back for ongoing treatments. Thanks Nicole 😊

Best salon ever. DZ always does such a great job on my color and cut. The staff is incredible offering you drinks, snacks and nothing but comfort during your time at Josephine's Day Spa & Salon treatments. Truly an awesome experience and relaxation. I look forward to my time at the spa.
