We always have a pleasant experience at Rural Health Pediatrics. Dr. Cendana has seen my son for 5 years now and has been nothing short of amazing. Friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. My son loves to go to the doctors. Didn't cry for his shots. Super nice nurses made him feel comfortable. A few years ago they were overwhelmed with patients and scheduling was hard. But they have really worked on their scheduling efforts this last year. They make sure people are on time and confirm their appointments, which helps the rest of us. And wait times are low which is awesome. Thank you to Dr. Cendana and staff!

Terrible scheduling. Random cancellations, blaming the patient for not knowing they changed the date/time without notice, and pretty terrible from office service. The practitioner we work with here is incredible, though. Really love her. Just have tons of issues with the business side, which is unfortunately outside her control.

Boo people, booooooo. The docs and surgeons and staff, for the most part are rejects or flunkies from other areas. If u read the brochure for this hi-tech facility, or supposed hospital. It boasts about cancer treatment, and one of the leading gastroentologists around. Its all a lie. The building is a front for something, i have yet to learn.just like most things in this town. I see a misappropriation of funding. Which is rampant around these parts. Thank u for letting me ventilate.

Just left dr Chong office and the lady who took my x rays telling me that medical doesn't cover a cleaning the same day that you get x Ray and then I don't get a appointment til November 4th and today is may 27th wow Come on I know better than that it's a regular cleaning not a deep cleaning I hate being lied to not to mention 5 or 6 months til I can get it done hope they get better staff that know what they're talking about I've been to other dentist that take X-rays and do the cleaning all in the same day even fillings. Y'all just milking the system and the people .
