Puroclean's staff (Brandon and Richard) was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a flooding issue with standing 1 inch water in our home and we reached out to PuroClean for an appointment that was referred to us by our Insurance Company. They arrived on time; evaluated our home explaining everything that they were doing step by step. Unfortunately, our insurance wasn't able to cover the damages and we'd have to pay out of pocket ourselves. Although, PuroClean was not able to continue with services. Brandon and Seth still proceeded to give helpful hints on how to maintain our home to the best of our ability. Seth went the extra mile to be sure that he was there if we had any more questions to help us through our flooded home. Thank you sooooooooo very much PuroClean!

I know I've posted before but I failed to mention some points and it will not allow me to edit to include more of my experiences with them. This is an incredible company whos service and dedication to customers and agents shines above the rest! I've referred customers to them due to their quick response and ethical practices and will continue to do so. I've also utilized their incredible training opportunities for CE and it is unmatched with the entertaining terrible jokes and relatable and informative training the time flies! Thanks for all you do Puro Clean!!

The team was sent by the insurance company. The men that showed up were always clean, courtesy and professional. They did a great job explaining each step of the process. They left the property clear of debris.

Yes. Exposure to any smoke can irritate the eyes and cause breathing and other health issues. With a modern fire many synthetic materials will be burnt - they produce hazardous and toxic materials that should be cleaned by trained professionals.
The key to preventing mold growth is moisture control. There are many ways to achieve this including repairing leaks in your home—from walls, roof, gutters, plumbing pipes, etc., keeping indoor humidity at about 30-50%, ventilating appliances that generate moisture, getting your HVAC system inspected annually, cleaning gutters, and using materials such as mold-resistant paint.
