Beautiful in there they customize dresses. I felt uncomfortable tho, the ladies followed me and my friend like we would steal smh. If the staff changes I'd say this is a great place to get a dress but the ones there obviously never had equality training or good manors towards minority ppl. The 1st thing the 1st rep brought up is dresses start at $2500 like we would run smh then the took us to the discount dresses when we already told them we didn't have a budget for my friend so sad

I would not recommend this bridal store. I trusted them with my gown for my wedding and was extremely disappointed when my dress was made too short by several inches in the length of the gown as well as in the sleeves. When I brought the problem to their attention, their owner just kept restating my measurements which was not helpful and telling me they measured me correctly. This made no sense as my sleeves were 6 inches too short. The sleeves they added to my gown that could be taken off with buttons pulled so badly at the buttons you could see that it obviously was not attached. It looked silly. I had to wear flats at my wedding when I had planned to wear a heel that was approved in the contract I signed with Elizabeth Lee. There was no extra fabric at the bottom of the gown to give out. They also told me the reason my dress shape was not falling correctly was because of the fabric I chose. Again, I trusted this designer to assist me in creating a beautiful gown. With them being the “experts”, I had trusted them. If you choose to purchase a gown from this location, I suggest not getting a custom dress as they will not actually guide you into what the final piece will actually look like. They will not find a solution for you if a problem arises or even actually validate any problems you find in the gown. I hope that you have a good experience, mine was terrible.
