I have spent a month trying to get on the phone with them. A MONTH. No answers, no returned calls. I need my medical records and can’t get ahold of them. This place is pathetic and disrespectful.

STAY AWAY from Dr. D’Almedia. Long story short, I needed a letter for my dermatologist (due to the medication I was going to take) and Dr. D’Almedia made the front desk people and myself go back and forth for about 2 weeks before I finally received a phone call from her, and she let her personal feeling gets in the way of her professionalism. I filed a complaint with her supervisor and was told I would get a call back after actions would be taken, I have still to hear anything back.

I am not the one to complain, but when it comes to a place that work with mental health illness this is not the place to go. They are accusatory and incredibly rude. I feel bad for the psychiatrist there because i really do not know how they end up with patients. You wonder why all the best people they had there are leaving.
