Bad experience with decor. Lots of important things have to be instructed by bride and groom on the wedding day to change as per what was discussed and paid for earlier. Well, that messed up the photo shoot but was worth the correction. Anyways, do your homework right. Place is beautiful to be honest...!

I had a very bad experience with Nadya and team. I had my wedding this June and got a very terrible service from them which I am still not able to forget. Firstly, Nadya charged us a big amount and promised us things drawing pictures on a page how my venue and décor would look like. But I was in shock when I went 2 hours early before my wedding for photoshoot and saw that nothing looked as per what she promised us and charged us for. From center pieces to runners and the stage backdrop everything was wrong. She charged us separate for runners and didn't put them at all. The backdrop was supposed to be pink, purple and white but instead it was all white and plain. Chairs were different, the couch weren't moved, dinner serving was not at the place where it was supposed to be, there were no fresh flowers which was charged for. It was bad to see this before the reception. I told Cathy about it and she said they are working on it. And after pointing everything, all they did is add runners. That's it! Guests entered and there was nothing much I could do as it was already time for my function. The experience was not good for the amount I paid her. Also because it was the most important function of our life. Attaching the picture of stage they made. Posting this only to make you'll aware of their services for future.
