Really clean location a 5 out of 5. The people are helpful they immediately ask you if you need help. A little pricey but I guess because of the zone it's in and why the store is so clean. Great choices of new balance products. Very few sales.

Several years ago I was referred to New Balance Dallas by a nurse for plantar fasciitis in my right foot. This information was shared with the NB staff who fitted me with a pair that relieved the pain and the plantar fasciitis quickly healed. I recently developed plantar fasciitis (pain) in the other foot. I returned to the New Balance store where the staff fitted me to a new pair. The increased cushion in the new pair was immediate and significant. Besides having quality shoes, the staff are knowledgeable. I recommend New Balance shoes and the staff's advice for those who want to take care of their feet.
