We purchased two Yamaha e-bikes from Sam (Samuel Ferris) last week. We had a great experience! Scott Lagow helped us understand the features of each bike and took us on test rides to demonstrate the performance etc. Well done gentleman! We immediately took them on a 40 mile ride…Weatherford to Mineral Wells via the Lake Mineral Wells State Trailway. LOVE our Yamaha bikes!

I ordered a part from these guys and they took my money, but did not tell me they did not have it in stock, Instead they sent me an email saying I should revive it in two weeks. A month after I placed my order, I reached out to them to find out where it was and that's when they told me it was back ordered and they should have it in a couple more weeks. About a month later i emailed them again about my order, but got no response from them. After multiple calls they finally told me that it would be a couple more weeks so i asked for my money back, which I have not yet received. Let your customers know if the part they are ordering is not in stock and don't take their money until you ship it. If it is back ordered, let your customers know and if your back order date changes tell your customers about it.
