Chef Zach was so knowledgeable and made the experience interactive and fun! We hosted an event with 25 people and he included all in on the fun. Highly recommend for team building/ business networking events or even for a group of girlfriends! Plus the chocolate truffles were delicious!!

We hired Zak for a corporate event and it was an incredible experience. He led our group through the different types of chocolate, the different flavors, and how to combine them with other ingredients to make the perfect truffle. We all learned a ton and had a great time. Can’t wait for the next event with Zak!

This was a wonderful experience! Chef Zach went way out of his way to make sure my wife and I had a great time at our private class. Would highly recommend as a date or maybe even a date with two couples. This guy knows his chocolate and is a master showman!! A++

The chocolate and wine class was such a great experience for a bachelorette party. Zach was so knowledgeable, timely and passionate about his work. We absolutely loved learning about the parings, and I would highly recommend his class to anyone!

Questions & Answers

Is there any where I can go for pastry & baking school without having a ged or hs diploma? I really want to make a degree out out of this, I love to cook ,and baking is like a form of art to me.

Hello Itis Liz -- I'm afraid I don't have the answer to that exactly. What I would suggest is that you contact a local culinary school to ask that question. There are full online pastry programs however and my feeling is that they wouldn't require a GED or HS diploma. If ou love to cook and bake, my suggestion is to keep baking and cooking and educate yourself! Also, try to get parttime work in a bakery and keep learning and moving up. What employers want is people who are enthusiastic and can learn and show talent. With these things, you'll find that a formal diploma isn't a real necessity. You can also, along with that, take informal courses through such avenues as Dallas Chocolate Classes to help hone your skills you're learning daily. Hope that helps!

Hello! Yes, you can easily book a group activity online which can be set up in any space. They set up easily, leaving with as a host with little to worry about. Chef Zach works directly with any group once an onsite program is booked to ensure everything is ready for a smooth and fun activity.

Hello! Thanks for your question. I'm not tuition based, but instead a private teacher and presenter. I do teach many people in private classes who are interested in learning the best skills for baking and working with chocolate yet aren't attending a formal program. Please do call or e-mail me any time if you'd like to discuss the lessons. Thanks again!
