I don't know why I keep using them, their service is terrible. I had an off-center print, and they told me, "we know, new machine, still trying to calibrate." Why is it acceptable to calibrate on customers' orders? I paid for double-sided business cards on online, and received one-sided business cards. They said they would not correct it because online, it should have warned me, which it didn't, and I would not be reimbursed. It seems from the other reviews this place has some real, terrible leadership problems. The best news, first, find a product you like in-store, then go to Amazon and find it for way cheaper.

They are very quick with prints. This is my second time ordering prints for my classroom. They are pricey, but it is well worth because the quality.

Yes. They do sell carbon paper. You should probably call your local store to make sure they have it in stock before going.

Yes they do. This location carries a few sizes too. But if you go to a different location check with then to make sure they are carrying it
Yes, they do recycle ink jet cartridges. If you are a member of their affinity organization, you get rewards for each.
They do have a binding machine in the copy and print section.
I don't know how thick and strong you need, but I bought a lighter duty one today, and they had 6 or 7 different styles and grades of chair mats to choose from.
I think the easiest way is to upload the file to "My Files" under your account.
