I've met friendly neighbors, experienced pretty good service with "please fix this" calls, feels safe and quiet. I love having my own garage and patio! I happened to snag a space looking out into some trees. I love spending time out on my patio :). I'd move here again lol. Good response time with leasing questions for my long distance move, our apartment managers on site are great! They've been awesome every time I needed them. ❤️

Great my grandma and grandpa live here I love the pool and amenities that come with the clubhouse the apartments there are nice and they are very responsive to problems in the apartments they're in a very quiet area with lots of grocery stores near by and a park and library the only problem is that you need a car to get to anything

Everything here is great except the maintenance to be honest! But it’s a really quiet community and very friendly leasing office. I really love it but I think I need to be a little more patient with the maintenance thing :)

These apartments used to be nice but have really gone downhill. Everyone would probably agree that Troy continues to be a bright spot. I’ve lived here for 4+ years and have seen the change in the community. For instance, the snow removal is HORRIBLE now. Also the emergency number is not answered. Currently having an emergency with my heat not working and also smelling gas (BGE advised to turn appliance off). No one has gotten back to me and this is the second day with no heat at all in my apartment and temps are in the upper 30s. I’ve never had major issues like this and have overall been satisfied but unless management turns things around, I would not recommend living here. Don’t be fooled by outer appearances when looking at these apartments. They are not as nice as they used to be.
