Bowl was full of everything just the way I like it everyone was friendly the station was neat. There was a different person at every step everything was fresh. I am glad I came here I had just left another Chipotle because it was so dirty and out of many things. The cashier here was really cool. I only go to Chipotle about 2 times a year. This location was excellent. I enjoyed my meal. Good job!

Okay as you can see from the door the store says it opens at 10:45. there were five or six people waiting 15 to 20 minutes before walking away around 11:00 or so. As you can also see, there were employees in the store who never walk to the door to just either explain the hours have changed or there's something else going on where there's a delay. Customer service gone wrong... Mental Marination

This is our go-to quick stop when passing through Pikesville! The service is always good, and so is the food - if we could pick up this entire Chipotle store and take it home to PA, we would! Shout out to the always friendly and efficient crew staffing this location.

I will give this location a 2 star ⭐ or possibly a 1. My experience was not pleasant. My order was not accurate as it was missing lattice and was late by over 20 minutes. The manager should do better to improve service delivery. I don't think I using this location again
