I decided to visit my aunt, who lived nearby. So, I chose to stay here. Normal front desk staff. Room was cleaned and well taken care of. Pool was just fine, didn't seem like the biggest size, so if you expect large this isn't the pool. I didn't think breakfast was like the most exciting thing. Breakfast buffet has plenty of selections to choose from. Full with tables and chairs. Easy and accessible parking. Bathrooms were fine, nothing over or under expectations. The location was hidden behind wooded areas. But, there are shops down the road. Just make sure you don't think this is a 5-star hotel. Because it's more like a 3-star or 2-star.

Everything was very neat and clean. The room was great, had a nice little sitting area. Only down side; not the HI's fault, was the basketball teams staying there. Was a little noisy. Front desk check in was a little slow but clerk was pleasant and friendly.

Lousy breakfast, even the coffee, almost all packaged. Slippery lobby floor. Odd placement of handicap parking and slope from entrance area to parking on most sides. Washer works fine but dryer doesn't. Heater blows hot then cold bit never maintains consistent temperature. Personnel courteous and attentive but understaffed and overworked. Would pass another visit unless no alternative in area. Worst HIE I have ever stayed at.

Nice front desk. Hearty free breakfast. Pool is a bit chilly tho. I'd come back. The larger rooms should have the heat turned on prior to the guests arrival... Our room was cold.
