Site says they do refills but they only do blue rhino exchanges which are NOT the same, blue rhino notoriously underfills tanks and you have to exchange their tanks, and it costs twice as much. Ripoff, please consider providing accurate information on services on your site

DYNATRAP FLY TRAP This summer brought a small plague of fruit flies, fungus flies, face flies or whatever you choose to call the tiny things. The DynaTrap ran 24-hours for three days with only 6 flies and 1 moth to show for it. Meanwhile the fly population increased notably despite cloroxing all our drains and being extremely careful with garbage and spills. Fortunately my wife noted that the flies were attracted to her wineglass; I did some reading and found that they were also attracted by cider vinegar. The DynaTrap is easily opened so I placed a cut-down pill bottle inside, secured it with sticky Bluetack, and ran it overnight. It worked MUCH better; the vinegar attracted 4X more flies than the previous three days! I still would not recommend the DynaTrap Fly Trap to a friend.

Called ahead of time to confirm whether a grill was in stock or not and was told yes. Get there for them to try and sell me the floor model. They didn't even want to discount it. Keep in mind this is a $1250 grill. Gladly took my business elsewhere.
