AweSome Customer Service and Customer Friendly. This Saturday was very streamlined. My furniture (Couch) could not fit thru the door, I notified the Mgr and she immediately searched the inventory and found a solution. Big Kudos to Management for having a Customer Service focus. The gate to the units themselves locks for the night at 6:45 pm according to a posted sign.
Yes you can get in every day 7-645. Only days you cant access it are holidays.
