Still the best kept secret in town! I've only been going to the Academy 27 years or so. That should tell you something! Cutting edge styling at a bargain price. What more could you ask for? Yes, it will probably take a bit longer because your stylist is a STUDENT! If you can't deal with the time it takes or if you require perfection do NOT go to the school! Go to a salon instead and pay a whole lot more. These students are there to LEARN and as a client, it's your job to be kind, considerate and understanding. Also, the students do NOT get paid. Please leave a generous tip because you will still be saving lots of money. I've never once been disappointed when leaving here. They do great work and the instructors are excellent!

I am here for a hair cut, I got a group on which is pretty cheap. Had to schedule an appointment before and they are close Sunday and Monday, and also they close pretty early. So it’s bit hard to get a convenient appointment. Also it takes a bit more time then the normal haircut as they are student stylists,but they do it pretty good.

I would love to share my experience at Toni & Guy Academy in Plano. Reyes colored my hair yesterday and we just picked a random brown color and she did an AWESOME Job!! She did her thing. Thanks to all the wonderful people that came together like Robyn who gave me tips to care for my skin and Laura who helped guide Reyes on Wave Tips and Swirling. Also big shout out to the instructor who checked on Reyes as she explained her knowledge for applying the color. I will be back. Reyes I hope you put down the color you use. I kinda think I am real cute now because of you. Thanks Sunshine.
