I bought a Pyrex glass measuring cup and moments after I left the store I noticed a small nick in the item, manager would not give a refund even though this cut in the Pyrex could cut me while washing it. I had a receipt. Terrible customer service and will not be back.

They do pick up in the summer months if it's furniture. They don't pick up other things.
Maybe but many of the nursing facilities in the area do with shipping cost so high.
