Lazy, unprofessional staff. Staff in the customer service area did not address customers as they walked in. Women Staff continues to loudly laugh and joke even though they saw me standing at the counter waiting for assistance. One woman even walked off without acknowledging me. Right when I was ready to leave to take my business elsewhere, an employee finally asked me what I needed help with. Told me to pull around to the back. The auto attendant wasn’t friendly. Didn’t speak. Bad customer service and not friendly. Issue I needed fix wasn’t fixed and ended up having to go to another place to have the issue resolved.
