I was a member of the Wash Club for a few months up until now. When going through the machine, I went through twice as I always do. When I was vacuuming my car and walking around while still there I noticed that my antenna from my car was missing. I asked one of the workers to check in the machine to see if it came off in there. I was informed that it did and it was blown off while I was going through the dryer part. I had never experienced this before and I’ve been there multiple times. They refused to take liability for it. I now may have to pay up to $700 for a new antenna and for someone to put it on.

Xpress car wash was my go to place to get my car washed. Stopped in there recently when I was back in town. Paid for the premium wash. Did not get quality wash. Pulled back through si they could stand behind their work. Was denied a rewash. Quality, and managers attitude is unacceptable. I will not return. There are many respectable car washes in the area, this isn't one of them.
