Received a bill that is more than five months past the date of service. Three months past from when insurance had responded. The most frustrating is when you call in, you have to hear about how you can schedule for speaking and to hear about his Covid views before being able to do get in touch with who you need to. Grateful that my doctors office has other places to send our labs from now on.

I needed a negative Covid PCR test for an upcoming expedition I have. I took the test this morning at 9:15am and got the results at 4:15pm. And for $99, it's the cheapest option I found (Primary Health charges $170!) Exceeded my expectations! Thanks Cole Diagnostics!

Have had to get a lot of blood work done in the past year and the team at Cole Diagnostics has always been really helpful. The fact you can walk in without an appointment and get blood taken right away has been a life saver. I also feel like the wait times are much less than some other labs and it’s nice not being in a waiting room full of other people who may be sick and waiting for a doctor like at St Luke’s / St Als.
