I ran out of dog food for my 2 dogs. I called to see if the store was still doing curbside, I was informed they were not. With 2 dogs in the car I couldn't leave them alone and was in a panic. The manager Lee had gone and gotten the bag of food and had it ready at the from for me. I cant explain how much this saved my car from getting ripped apart and the stress. The customer service is above what they need to do and I cant thank them enough!

Prices are always good and they're stocked back up. You may have to look to find an employee on a weekday, but when you do they're very helpful. A good place to shop.

Good store they have a bit of everything like clothing, food, toys, horse supply's, bee keeping, hunting and fishing gear along with automotive, electrical, plumbing tractor accessories and parts, RV odds and ends and many other things. The staff is polite and helpful

Yes, Runnings does offer layaway in each of our stores. For 20% down, Runnings will hold the purchase for 90 days with no interest, no payments and no service charge. Most items, including Firearms can be placed on layaway. See store for details.
Yes, most Runnings stores have motorized carts available for use in stores. However, there are a few smaller stores where carts are currently not available because of space limitations; these locations are Canby, MN; Parkston, SD; Gregory, SD; Baker, MT and Mandan, ND.
Yes, Runnings warmly welcomes all well-behaved pets in our stores as long as owners take proper precautions to ensure the safety of all individuals who may come in contact with the pet. This would include the use of leashes and muzzles. Pet owners are also responsible for cleaning up any messes left by their pets while in the store. Runnings is a pet-friendly company!
An additional core deposit is required by law on battery purchases. Deposit will be refunded if trade-in is brought back to the store within 30 days. Runnings will take up to 5 batteries for disposal at NO charge to our customer. Core deposit is $15 in Midwest Stores; $5 in Northeast Stores. Online prices do not include core deposit. Batteries are available for in-store purchase only.
Yes, Runnings is proud to extend a military discount to active and retired men and women who have served our country. This discount is offered four times a year including a day during customer appreciation day in February, Memorial Day, July 4th and Veteran’s Day. Valid I.D is required.

Yes. You show up in person. Fill out a paper. Put down 20% of the items your putting on layaway. they will hold it up to 90 days. And if you don't pay it before 90 days is up you possibly might forfeit what you put down and possibly any payments towards. Hopefully this helps. Have an awesome day! 😀

Call the manager of the store you drove to. Share your complaint with the proper persons. Maybe they will compensate you in some way for your troubles ( you never know)
