Wasn’t a good experience.. employees were sitting down talk to each other the whole time. One employee was cursing extremely loud the whole dining room had to hear him. Not a kid friendly environment. It needs a whole new renovation. On top of our waitress never checking on us. It just was a bad experience. I could see this place getting shut down ..

The restaurant was not as busy as I expected when my husband and I were seated. It took 9 minutes from the time we were seated until we saw our waiter. Since we had the 9 minutes to review the menu we decided to order at that time. 13 minutes later we had our food. The hash browns, which we ordered well done, were almost raw. Our omlets were very good. We had to ask twice for condiments. While eating we watched our server neglect tables until a manager asked him to check on the customers. The womens bathrooms appeared to have not been cleaned since the previous day. Trash cans were overflowing, with trash on the floor as well. I asked my husband to look in on the mens room and he said the same. We were also unable to pay. My husband waited for someone to come to the register then tried to download an app to allow us to pay. Someone finally came to the register 10 minutes later. All in all I am giving 1 star. I believe our waiter wasn't trained in a manner that set him up for success. I also believe the staff at this location can do better.

Food was cold and raw, they got the wrong orders or forgot about our orders, fries were salty, comida guardada. I can’t believe they sell this stuff and a place where a lot of people come to eat with family and friends. This is unbelievable. The food was really bad and unfortunately I hope no one comes to this ihop again because you will regret it. Again don’t come to this ihop because your gonna experience the same things that I went thru.
